When the Warranty Is Not Valid
- The repair involves consumable items not covered by the warranty.
- The part shows signs of misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow the manual’s instructions.
- The issue results from an accident or intentional/reckless damage.
- The issue is cosmetic or due to normal wear and tear.
- There is no valid proof of purchase with a matching serial number and date.
- The scooter has been disassembled, modified, or repaired with non-original parts or by an unauthorized person.
If your scooter requires service, contact the us to discuss repair options. If your scooter is registered under warranty and qualifies, repairs will be carried out free of charge.
