Q1. How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver all orders promptly.
Region | Shipping Time | Shipping Carrier |
---|---|---|
Western United States | 2–4 Business Days | UPS / FedEx |
Eastern United States | 3–5 Business Days | UPS / FedEx |
Q2. Will the front light and screen shut off automatically?
Yes. To save and protect the battery, the scooter will automatically enter power-saving mode and shut off the front light and screen after being stationary for 5–10 minutes.
Q3. Unable to accelerate?
1. For safety, the scooter uses a “non-zero start” by default, requiring an initial push. You can change this setting via the Minibot app by enabling “Zero Start.”
2. If an error code appears on the LCD, contact us to check or replace the throttle.
Q4. Motor hall fault?
Remove the screws on the bottom of the scooter. Check the controller and replug the hall wire connection terminal.
Q5. Controller fault?
Remove the screws on the bottom of the scooter. Check and replug the controller connection terminal.
Q6. Unable to power on?
1. Unplug the charger and press the power button.
2. Use a multimeter to measure the battery voltage. If it reads 30V–42V, the battery is normal. If it's below 30V, the scooter may not turn on due to low battery.
Q7. Not charging?
1. Check the charging cable and port for visible damage. Do not use damaged accessories.
2. Use a multimeter to measure the charger's voltage (set to 220V AC). If there's no reading, the charger or port may need replacement. If there is a reading, the battery might need to be replaced.
Q8. Scooter makes unusual noise?
This may be due to disc brake noise. To adjust:
1. Turn off the scooter.
2. Loosen the two screws on the brake pump (not the rocker arm).
3. Adjust the brake pump so the brake disc is centered between the brake pads.
4. Ensure the disc and pads are not touching.
5. Hold the brake pump in position and retighten the screws.
If unsure, contact customer service for a video guide.
Q9. Speed and range seem lower than advertised?
Speed and range can vary due to environmental temperature, road conditions, rider weight (including any carried items), and other usage factors.
