FAQs: Why has my payment been declined?
If you're having trouble with a credit or debit card, it may be due to:

  • Name and billing address do not match the cardholder's info.
  • Your card has reached its internet transaction limit.
  • The payment session timed out.
  • The checkout process wasn’t completed.
• PayPal:
  • Session timed out during payment.
  • Checkout process wasn’t completed.
  • Insufficient funds or no linked payment method in PayPal.
